Preparation
Before you start, make sure your device is eSIM-compatible and that you have an active Internet connection. Have your eSIM QR code supplied by Vini to hand.
Activation steps
1. Go to your Device Settings :
- Open your phone or tablet settings.
- Look for the "Mobile Network" or "Cellular" option.
2. Add a Mobile Package :
- Select "Add a mobile plan".
- Choose the option to scan a QR code.
3. Scan the QR Code :
- Use your device's camera to scan the eSIM QR code provided by Vini.

If you are abroad :
- Your mobile offer will only work once you have arrived in French Polynesia.
